Multipurpose Room Rental

Host your next event in the Ecology Center's Multipurpose room! We host parties, receptions, private events, meetings, and more.

• Vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams

Items and Services Included:

• Tables and Chairs for up to 100 people
• Trash removal and recycling
• Easy, free parking in a lot directly across the street
• ADA-compliant bathroom facilities

Fees:

• $160 per hour for Evanston residents
• $208 per hour for non-residents
• $250 security deposit
• 2 hour minimum
• 30 minutes before and after the event time are included for your set up and clean up

Add-ons:

Corridor:

For large events with food service, we recommend renting the corridor for your food service. Tables may be placed in the corridor with this add-on.  $50 per hour for Evanston residents and $65 per hour for non-residents.

Fireplace: 

A fire in our stone fireplace adds ambience to your special event. Firewood and fire maintenance assistance is included with this add-on. $50 set fee.
