Capital Improvement Program Projects

Each year, the City conducts millions of dollars of infrastructure projects, called a Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Many of these projects take years of planning and preparation, but some smaller projects are able to be accomplished in a matter of months.

In 2026, the City is continuing to implement a robust Capital Improvement Program. The projects are grouped by the following categories:
