City Manager's Office

The City Manager and staff oversee the administration and implementation of policies and goals set by the City Council, while also proposing solutions to community challenges for Council consideration. Their responsibilities include advising the Council on current and future financial, personnel, and program needs; implementing both short- and long-term City priorities; establishing procedures that enhance service delivery to residents; preparing the annual budget; and supervising City department heads. Staff also support major economic development initiatives and conduct ongoing program evaluation and policy analysis to ensure effective and responsive governance.
