Infant Welfare Society

The Infant Welfare Society of Evanston is committed to the care and early education of infants and toddlers and to supporting their families’ efforts to be self-sufficient and effective parents. The Infant Welfare Society provides high quality early care and education and family support services to the community’s most at-risk expectant mothers and families with children under the age of five.
