Connections for the Homeless

The mission of Connections for the Homeless is to provide housing, employment and services to move individuals and families out of the shadow of homelessness. Its goal is to prevent people from losing their housing in the first place and to assist those who have lost it, to regain and maintain it. They do this by developing housing options for individuals and families and providing programming that will improve personal, financial and housing stability.
