Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County

The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County coordinates the Cook County Continuum of Care (IL-511), which encompasses homeless assistance efforts throughout all of Cook County except for the city of Chicago.  Coordinated Entry is a community-wide system that standardizes and expedites the process by which people experiencing homelessness or who are at imminent risk of homelessness access shelter, housing and homeless resources. The hours of the hotline are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
