Jorge Puma

Jorge is from Rogers Park and joined the City's C.A.R.E. team in June 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago. Jorge has spent most of his career as a public servant and has a true passion in giving back to the community. Prior to joining the City, Jorge worked for the Illinois Attorney General's Office Crime Victims Bureau, where he has helped many families and individuals across the state of Illinois. Outside of work, Jorge enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and spending time with his family. He is a Certified Crisis Responder and certified in Crisis Prevention by the Crisis Prevention Institute.
