Project Summary:

This project includes the paving of unimproved alleys through the City’s Special Assessment Alley Paving Program or through the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.  There is also an existing paved alley to be repaved using funds collected as part of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) agreement.
