Each year the City conducts millions of dollars of infrastructure projects, called a Capital Improvement Program or (CIP). Many of these projects take years of planning and preparation but some smaller projects are able to be accomplished in a matter of months.

In 2024, the City is continuing to implement a robust capital improvement program.  The projects are grouped by the following categories:

• Annual Transportation Projects

• Facility Projects

• Park Projects

• Street, Water Main, and Sewer Projects

• Water Treatment, Storage and Billing
