The City of Evanston is seeking proposals from an experienced consultant team to help determine if the City is utilizing the its real estate holdings to best benefit the citizens of Evanston.   A successful response will help City evaluate its holdings and to implement real estate strategies to bring the highest level of service to the community, including the sale, lease, consolidation and/or renovation opportunities.  The study will be used as a basis for a recommendation to the City Council. This webpage will attempt to serve as the centralized source of information for the 2019 RFP.  However, it is likely that other studies / documents exist in the web archives for RFPs for maintenance contracts for city facilities that can be researched through the city's website search tool.
