The Planning & Development Housing Sub-Committee is made up of 4 City Council Members to review and provide guidance to the City Council on specific interrelated housing policies that have been referred for additional discussion and consideration:

• Family definition in City Codes and occupancy requirements for residential units

• Nuisance Premise Ordinance

• Landlord Tenant Ordinance 

• Rental Licensing

Morton Civic Center, Room 2402, 2100 Ridge Avenue, unless otherwise noted on the agenda.

Public Comment

Those wishing to provide public comment will have the opportunity to do so at every meeting. You can sign-up in advance in person comment or provide a written comment via the online form. You can also sign-up for public comment at the meeting. The online public comment form will close the day of the meeting by 4pm.
