Metropolitan Family Services Evanston/Skokie Valley Community Board invites you to "Resilient Families: Learning to Bounce through Life's Challenges."
The presentation will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Northwestern University's Segal Visitors Center, 1841 Sheridan Rd. Free parking is available in the building garage.

- How communities build resiliency through a trauma-informed lens
- The importance of understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES)
- Ways to reduce the barriers faced by families

Dr. Terry Mason, COO of the Cook County Department of Public Health, is the keynote speaker.
