If the request is received 7 to 1 days before the camp starts a refund of 50% will be issued, minus the deposit. No refunds will be approved once the camp begins.
Medical excuses, documented in writing by a physician, will result in a pro-rated refund based upon the number of days attended. All refund requests need to be approved by the Program Coordinator before processing.
Fee Assistance
Fee assistance is available for qualified evanston residents during the 2024 summer camp season. Each account must pay a $25 deposit per child, per camp section enrolled, to hold your space. All deposits will be applied to the remaining balance that you owe for camp if a current participant or in the determination process for the fee assistance program.
Information/Emergency Contact Form
Participants in City of Evanston camp programs are required to have an information/emergency form on file prior to the first day of camp. The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department has teamed up with ePACT to improve the health and safety of children enrolled in our camp programs this summer. ePACT is one of the leading secure electronic health record systems for campers. Instead of filling out paper forms, you will enter health/ emergency contact information through the encrypted online system. Campers will not be allowed to participate in camp until their health form is submitted Instructions and registration information will be sent via email after registration.
