Rates:

• $125 per hour for Evanston residents
• $165 per hour for non-residents
• $250 security deposit
• 2 hour minimum
• 30 minutes before and after the event time are included for your set up and clean up.

Add-ons:

For large events with food service, we recommend renting the corridor for your food service. Tables may be placed in the corridor with this add-on.  $50 per hour.

A fire in our stone fireplace adds ambience to your special event. Firewood and fire maintenance assistance is included with this add-on. $50 set fee.

Is there WiFi available?

Yes, a guest network is available. We recommend bringing a hotspot if you require consistent WiFi during your event.

Decorations may be attached with low-tack tape. The following items are not permitted: helium balloons, confetti and glitter, and candles/open flames.

There are no kitchen facilities at the Ecology Center. Sternos to keep prepared food warm must be approved by the rental coordinator. Ice should be placed in a cooler or other container.

Is there audio-visual equipment available?
We do not have any audio-visual equipment except for a stationary projector screen which descends from the ceiling. You are welcome to bring your own AV equipment for your event.
