Evanston Housing4All, the City's Strategic Housing Plan, will set housing goals for the next 10 years, with a focus on taking action. In December 2023, City Council approved a series of goals including completing a strategic housing plan in 2024.

Summary

The Strategic Housing Plan will help to identify:

• What are our housing needs?
• What are our housing objectives and SMART housing goals?
• What policies and programs should we pursue to meet our goals?
• What resources and partnerships will help us meet our goals?
• Are we on track to meet our housing goals? 

Evanston Housing4All should better position the City to compete for funding and, ultimately, lead to greater impact on housing in Evanston.
