Update to the Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance (RLTO)
The Housing & Community Development Committee is considering updates to the City of Evanston's Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance (RLTO), which governs basic rights and responsibilities for tenants and landlords, such as security deposits, late fees, notices, and lease non-renewal, among other items.
