Small Business Mentoring

Northwestern University and its Kellogg School of Management are partnering with the City of Evanston to provide strategic consulting support to local business owners. Evanston business owners can set up a profile on StartupTree to browse the Kellogg network of volunteers across functions and industries and schedule meetings to discuss their business challenges. Student volunteers are also available to help with short-term projects, such as cash flow analysis.

Webinars and Training

First Northern Credit Union has been selected by the City of Evanston to lead a series of free financial wellness education workshops and seminars for Evanston residents. The first series of workshops is geared toward beginners, or those who may need a financial restart. Future workshops will be geared toward seniors, families, and youth. Review the first series on their website.
