The Seal heretofore provided and used by and for the City, the impression of which is in a circular form, with the words "City of Evanston, Cook Co. Illinois," on the outer circle and in the interior of the circle an open book crossed with pens, a facsimile of which is shown as follows, shall be, and is hereby established and declared to be the Seal of the City. NOTE: The City Seal shall be and remain in the custody of the City Clerk, who may charge a fee not to exceed three dollars ($3.00) for its use on any attestation, acknowledgement or other certificate. (1-16-2.)
