PURPOSE: During the City Council meeting on March 14, 2016, the Council voted to create a subcommittee of both alderman and non-elected officials to review Ordinance 3-O-16 Amending City Code Section 9-5-4 of the Evanston City Code Codifying a “Neighborhood Integrity Ordinance."  The subcommittee shall report back to the Administration & Public Works Committee of the City Council on recommended revisions to the Ordinance and City Council following their review and deliberations.
