PURPOSE:  This committee will review all expenditures from the TIF and provide recommendations to the City Council prior to review of any expenditures from the TIF.  The Committee will also advise the City Council on other matters pertaining to the TIF as appropriate.

# OF MEMBERS:  7 members (5 members of the community at large and at least two members shall be representatives of the Main Street Merchants Association.
