Permits for Excessive Weight and Size per Ordinance 9-O-18

A permit is required to operate or move any vehicle or combination of vehicles upon any street within the City of Evanston that exceeds the maximum weight, width, height, or length limitations set forth in 625 ILCS 5/15-100 et seq. of the Illinois Vehicle Code. 

Applications for all excessive weight and size permits shall be submitted at Oxcart Permits.
