Vitality Yoga is an all-levels class focused on helping everyone live with zest! Whether you are a runner, weightlifter, or not a “workout” person at all, yoga is a perfect complement because it mobilizes joints, improves posture, and engages muscles with precision by the use of hands-on adjustments and facilitated stretching. Instructor Gina also helps people who have musculoskeletal pain and biomechanical restrictions regain strength and improve alignment and posture.
