No M's Beb's tells the story of a landmark event in women's health, when a small group of Mexican immigrant women sued county doctors, the state of California, and the U.S. government after they were forcibly sterilized while giving birth at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center during the late 1960s and early 1970s.
This award-winning film explores women's rights to oversee their maternal health and provides inspirational lessons for today.
