Veterans Day Ceremony
The annual Veterans Day Ceremony will be held at Fountain Square in downtown Evanston on Friday, November 11. Assembly will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m. In keeping with the time-honored traditions of our past ceremonies, there will be non-denominational reflections, some singing and some remarks by the leaders of local veterans groups such as Evanston American Legion Post 42 and Tech. Sgt William B. Snell VFW Post 7186.
This event will be held at Fountain Square on Davis Street between Sherman and Orrington Avenues.
