Tails in Bloom is a benefit for the Evanston Animal Shelter Association on April 7 at the Jewish Reconstructionist Congregation in Evanston celebrating animals in style.  Treat yourself to a festive, fun-filled evening and a chance to make a difference for the abandoned and abused animals at the Evanston Animal Shelter.
