Gallery OTR
Please join Over The Rainbow Association on March 4, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hill Arboretum Apartments located at 2040 Brown Avenue for Gallery OTR! Lucie Phillips, Town and Country, will be featured at Gallery OTR from March 4th to March 31st. A portion of each purchased artwork will be donated to Over The Rainbow's Resident Services Program to encourage independent living through affordable, barrier-free housing.
