Demonstrations and hands-on activities will help you learn how to provide key elements of a ?wildlife-friendly garden: food, shelter, places to raise young, and water ? Help plant 300+ saplings of bird-friendly shrubs in the Ladd Arboretum ? Free bird-friendly shrub saplings for the first 50 people to arrive. ?Come ready to get your hands in the dirt! Even if your garden is a street corner, balcony, or a corner of your vegetable plot, this event is for you.
