Evanston Symphony Orchestra Lecture
The Merion, in conjunction with the Evanston Symphony Orchestra, will host Musical Insights, a free lecture program open to the public on Friday, February 2 starting at 1:30 p.m. in the Crystal Ballroom of The Merion, 1611 Chicago Avenue, Evanston, with special guests guitarist Jason Blair Lewis and ESO concertmaster Julie Fischer. Mr. Lewis will join Lawrence Eckerling, Music Director of the ESO, in a discussion/demonstration of the Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquin Rodrigo, which they will perform at the ESO concert on Sunday, February 4 at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall in Evanston.
