Do we know each other? Do we see each other? Can we listen to one another? Connect with one another? Transcend our differences and unite for the bigger cause? 100 Acts of Resistance, conceived by MPACCT’s artistic director Reginal Lawrence, taps the talents of Chicagolands diverse performing artist community to explore acts of resistance, large and small through an array of eclectic performances. It’s a chance to leave the echo chamber of our own personal politics. A chance to listen, connect with our diverse communities, examine our collective struggles, and investigate our strategies to transcend the divisiveness that dominates the national conversation. FJT and MPACCT are collaborating to support art and artists to help make America great. For more information call 847-4866-5914.
