2nd Ward Ald. Peter Braithwaite will host a neighborhood meeting regarding a proposal to construct a 17-story active adult, age-restricted, multi-family rental development with approximately 169 units and approximately 158 parking spaces at 1727 Oak Ave. The goal of the meeting is to gather input from neighbors in the area of Oak Avenue and Church Street who would be directly affected. The developer, Trammell Crow Company, will be present to explain the proposal.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, December 7, 7 p.m., in Room G300 of the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave.
