Join the Main-Dempster Mile for the inaugural Spooky Saturday on October 28! The Mile is offering this new family-focused Halloween event for the first time in 2017, showcasing long-running traditions like the Evanston Public Library's Story Time and Costume Parade, along with new activities, like having your picture taken in the Halloween window at Vogue Fabrics. Trick-or-Treating will take place along the Main-Dempster Mile from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Signs will be up in the doorways of participating merchants.
