Join Mayor Stephen Hagerty and representatives from Northlight Theatre on Tuesday, October 24, at 5 p.m., for a Hagerty Huddle to discuss plans for a performing arts center in downtown Evanston.

The event will be held in the new 1920s-style speakeasy, "Bourbon 'N Brass," located in the newly renovated "Evanston Rocks" complex at 1012 Church St. Owner Ron Onesti will also be on hand to discuss the new entertainment venue.
