In conjunction with National Drive Electric Week, participate in a local event right here in Evanston!

Do you want to learn more about electric vehicles (EV’s)? Register for this FREE event and meet EV owners who’ll show you their vehicles, share personal driving experience, and answer questions. Chevy, Ford, Nissan and Tesla owners will take you for a test drive.

EV charging and solar power company reps will answer your questions, so you'll be ready to power up your electric car at home or work. 

Great Harvest Bread (across the street) has a free cookie for everyone who takes a test drive.  Mayor Hagerty will join participants at 12:30 p.m. to proclaim September 17 as "Drive Electric Day" in Evanston.

Location: The parking lot at 2115 Central St. (enter lot at Stewart Ave.). The lot has two free Chargepoint charging stations.
