Join Over the Rainbow Association for a Gallery opening and artists who will discuss how art and OTR has impacted their lives. The Gallery will feature artwork created by residents of the Hill Arboretum Apartment community. OTR provides affordable, accessible and barrier-free apartment communities for individuals with physical disabilities. Admission is free, though a portion of revenue from each piece of artwork sold is a donation to increasing the quality of life of residents and increasing their independence.
