You are invited to the Public Health Week lunch and learn session, "Childhood Lead Poisoning," presented by the City of Evanston's Senior Environmental Health Inspector.
Topics will include
- Who is at risk for lead poisoning?
- How are children exposed to lead?
- What are the symptoms of lead poisoning?
- How do you avoid exposure?
- What does the Evanston Health and Human Services Department do about lead poisoning?
Because this program is held at noon, please feel free to bring your brown bag lunch. This presentation is free and open to the public. It will take place in the Parasol Room, 4th floor. Free parking is available in the Morton Civic Center lot, 2100 Ridge Ave., Evanston.
