The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a proposed 12-story mixed-use residential building with 6,812 sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space, 110 apartments, and 48 on-site parking stalls at 1621-31 Chicago Ave. Next steps will include a public hearing before the Land Use Commission, City Council review, and a formal decision. View the preliminary plans.
