The Office of the Emergency Management and Health & Human Services are proudly hosting two Congregate Crisis Planning Workshops to assist administrators and other planning team members on their Long-Term Care or Congregate Setting's site specific Emergency Preparedness Plans. The events will take place on Thursday, April 25 from 9:00 - 2:30 and on Wednesday, May 8 from 9:00 - 12:00. They will both take place the Robert Crown Community Center, 1801 Main Street, Evanston, IL 60202.
