Councilmember Wynne invites you to a presentation from PIRHL, the developer selected to redevelop the surface parking lot and four Housing Authority of Cook County townhomes at 504-518 South Boulevard. The project, "South Boulevard Shores" is prioritizes people over cars by providing land to build 60 affordable housing units just steps away from CTA South Boulevard Purple Line Station. Nineteen permit public parking spaces will remain on site.
