Witness an exciting day of competitive, linguistic challenges replete with the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. Fleetwood-Jourdain Theatre, Levy Senior Center and Evanston Public Library are hosting the local round of the State of Illinois Senior Citizen Spelling Bee Competition. The 2 top winners from this event will go on to the regional Spelling Bee with a chance to go to the State finals in Springfield.
