Join City of Evanston staff to learn about the application process for the City's Guaranteed Income Pilot Program. Staff will be available to answer questions and assist residents with their applications. 

 Those eligible will be Evanston residents and live in households whose incomes are at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Line, and are in one of three groups:

18-24 years old
62 years old or older
Members of the undocumented community
