Join the Lincolnwood Garden Club of Evanston for their 2022 Evanston Garden Fair on Fri., May 20 and Sat., May 21, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Independence Park. 

The money received from this event will be donated to local school and community gardens in the form of scholarships. 

For more than 90 years, the Lincolnwood Garden Club of Evanston has promoted the beautification of Evanston by working to improve the community’s environment through horticulture. The club has created and maintained civic gardens, collaborated with community partners like Evanston High School’s Geometry in Construction Program to install gardens, and the club has funded projects at more than a dozen Evanston schools, the YWCA, Evanston Public Library, Random Acts of Flowers and other local nonprofits.
