The inaugural Umbrella Arts Festival will be a cultural celebration of the Asian, South Asian, Pacific Islander American community in Evanston. The event will take place on Sat., May 14, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Fountain Square! The free festival will feature performances by Mandala Arts, Flying Fairies, Nayon Troupe, and a live concert by Funkadesi.
