Experience Buster Keaton's Sherlock, Jr. with live improvised accompaniment! Renowned theater organist Jackson Borges will be at the mighty Opus 327 Skinner pipe organ to accompany the original 1924 silent film, just as it was done in 1924! Buster Keaton stars in Sherlock, Jr. as a humble movie projectionist who dreams of becoming a great detective. After he literally falls asleep during his day job, his subsequent victories in the dream world could put any sleuth to shame. Keaton’s beautiful acrobatics and dazzling visual tricks enhance this comic romp.

Jackson Borges is Organist & Minister of Music for Statesboro First United Methodist Church and adjunct professor of music at Georgia Southern University, both in Statesboro, Georgia. In addition to his church music ministry, Jackson is a frequent recitalist and silent movie accompanist, both at home and abroad. He has been called "a captivating performer: vibrant, engaging, and funny!"
