Family fun awaits! Celebrate Halloween on Central Street Evanston on Saturday, October 23. Trick-or-treat on Central Street from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Enjoy Independence Park festivities, including a kiddie concert by Jamberry Music and make Halloween-themed arts and crafts at the Evanston Art Center.

11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.: Jamberry Music concert
