The Evanston Public Library will provide grab and go books and individual snacks at Robert Crown Community Center from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Join Ald. Robin Rue Simmons for family fun at Twiggs Park, 1901 Simpson St., at 5 p.m. Activities will include a neighborhood history hunt, food trucks, fire pit s'mores, DJ and vigil led by Pastor Ken Cherry.
