Drivers of all ages can complete a vision screening, obtain or renew an Illinois identification card, renew a driver's license (must be under 75 years old; no road test given), and register to vote on Friday, October 9, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge Ave., as part of the Illinois Secretary of State's Mobile Driver Services and Super Senior Day.
Vision Screening
For anyone who is renewing a driver’s license within 90 days of the date of the program. After passing the screening, you are given a certificate that will enable you to bypass the vision screening when you renew your license.
Mobile Drivers Facility
To apply for or renew a driver’s license, you must provide acceptable identification to verify your name, date of birth, Illinois residence, social security number and signature. To apply for an Illinois Identification Card, you must present a birth certificate, social security card and proof of address. Note: This program is open to all Illinois residents, regardless of age. Face coverings required.
