Learn how to better facilitate communication, understand problematic tenant situations and find alternatives to avoid eviction in a Landlord Training event sponsored by Open Communities. The training session will be held on Wednesday, July 27 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Evanston Ecology Center, 2024 McCormick Blvd. Partipants will also learn more about identifying the needs and interests of their tenants, creative money-saving solutions, as well as dodging common pitfalls.
