To support the growing number of residents facing economic hardship and food insecurity as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the City has established an emergency food pantry.

The pantry, located at James Park, offers Evanston residents free, prepackaged boxes of food, including non-perishable items, produce, and protein. Boxes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis every other Wednesday (twice monthly) from 10:30 a.m. to Noon or while supplies last. Boxes will not be distributed before 10:30 a.m.
