"Cooked" examines the 1995 Chicago heat wave, the people most affected, and how equity and resilience are related. Panelists include Rev. Deborah Scott, MDiv., MPA, pastor of Ebenezer AME Church; Tiffany McDowell, PhD, YWCA Evanston/North Shore; and Jane Grover, chair of the City's Equity and Empowerment Commission.
