Evanston Fire Department Burn Demonstration
On Saturday, October 8, the Evanston Fire Department will be doing a side by side burn in the Home Depot parking lot. One of the mock rooms will be outfitted with a sprinkler system and the other one will not. The demonstration will allow people to see how dramatic the difference is between a home equipped with sprinklers and one that is not. The event is from 10am to 1pm with the burn demonstration at noon.
